I’m a certified yoga teacher originally from India and currently living in Switzerland. Yoga has been part of my life for more than seven years and continues to be an important source of balance, wellbeing, and personal growth.
Before beginning my journey in yoga teaching, I spent more than 15 years working in Sales and Marketing in India. After moving to Switzerland with my family, I entered a completely new phase of life — adapting to a new country, language, culture, and career path. During this time, yoga became not only a personal practice, but also a source of balance, strength, and inner calm.
Alongside completing my MBA in Marketing at the Swiss Business School in Geneva and passing the B1 German language exams, I continued deepening my connection with yoga and wellness. What started as a personal journey gradually grew into a meaningful desire to support others through gentle movement, breathing, and relaxation.
Today, I offer gentle and personalised yoga sessions for beginners, seniors, and anyone looking to move with more ease and awareness. My sessions are designed to be calm, supportive, and beginner-friendly — whether in a private 1:1 setting or small groups.
I believe yoga does not need to be perfect or complicated. With simple movements, mindful breathing, and a comfortable environment, yoga can become an accessible and positive part of everyday life.
My goal is to help people feel more relaxed, confident, and connected to their body and mind — at their own pace
I believe yoga should feel supportive, not intimidating. Many people hesitate to begin yoga because they think they are not flexible enough, too stressed, too busy, or simply “not good at it.”
Gentle yoga creates a calm and comfortable space where beginners can start without fear or pressure.
With regular practice, even small and simple movements can bring positive changes to the body and mind.
My goal is not perfection — but helping people feel more relaxed, confident, and connected to themselves through consistent and mindful practice.
Easy and comfortable yoga for everyone.
Focused on calmness, awareness and relaxation.
Yoga Philosophy
For me, yoga is more than physical exercise or movement on a yoga mat.
Rooted in Indian tradition, yoga is a practice that encourages balance between body, breath, mind, and daily life.
While movement and flexibility are part of yoga, the practice also includes awareness, breathing, relaxation, mindfulness, and inner calm.
Even small moments of conscious breathing or stillness can become part of yoga in everyday life.
My approach is inspired by these traditional roots while remaining simple, gentle, and accessible for modern daily living.
I believe yoga should support people in feeling more connected, balanced, and comfortable within themselves — without pressure or perfection.
