About Me
Hi, I’m Manali, a certified yoga teacher with over 7 years of personal practice. Originally from India, I have been living in Switzerland for the past 3 years. I offer gentle, personalised yoga sessions in a 1:1 setting as well as for small groups.
My focus is to support people who are new to yoga, want to move with more ease, reduce stress, and build a healthy routine at their own pace.
In my private 1:1 sessions, I guide you step-by-step with simple movements, breathing and relaxation — so you can feel better in your body and mind, from the comfort of your home.
